Stael Ruffinelli de Ortiz-English requires an application form to be completed at the Registration Office from February 2nd until March(for the school year).Classes begin on March 4th,  but students are welcome to join us anytime after this date.

The application form must be completed by each student since personal information is requested by the Institution. If the student is under the age of 18 they are required to be accompanied by an adult with their I.D and a copy of all relevant documents (If applicable, Coomecipar Member card, CPEC member letter, T.D.U. card)

Registration Process begins in:

- February for the school year(March-November)
- November for Summer Session(this registration is valid for the next school year)

The application form allows students to apply for English and Music courses.

The Registration fee is 110.000Gs to be payed at the Registration Office.
