In response to the demands of a highly globalized world and your specific business interests, Stael Ruffinelli de Ortiz English designed a program aimed at meeting the needs of that contexts.
Given the degree of importance of English as a transnational communication tool, English students will be exposed to trading strategies applied to different cultures, situations and styles. The topic that will receive specific attention are related to the business world, emphasizing the acquisition of structures and expressions that allow the students to interact effectively in various circumstances.
In the first module, the english level of students will be evaluated and the level set for proper location on the course for your language skills.
To start the first module, the students should have a basic level of english.
First Module- Begginers
Duration: 120 hrs
- Participate effectively in simple conversation
- Keep a telephone conversation with a vocabulary level
- Read and writte emails and note on specific topics
- Make tickets and hotels reservations
- Request and offer specific information
- Describe the organizational and special features of a company
- Present a product or service using a vocabulary level
- Write a fax, email, memo or note requesting or offering a product or service
- Given and follow directions/ simple instructions
Second Module- Intermediate
Duration: 120 hrs
- Give oral presentation
- Write reports
- Write formal letters requesting and providing information
- Present products and services in detail
- Make sugggestions and recommendations
- Talk about plans, objectives and results
- Learn the behavior of differents cultures in business situations
- Interact effectively oraly and written
- Conduct interviews
Third Moduile- Superior
Duration: 120 hrs
- Initiate and maitain liasion via mail and telephone (Networking)
- Develop and represent ideas for new products and services
- Customer service
- Negotiate solutions
- Explain procedures
- Request specific numerical information
- Evaluate and discuss results

- Speaking about events in their different contexts, comparing people, products and services and be able to give presentations about them.
- Talk about functions, and responsibilities.
- Discuss plans, make reservations and appointments.
- Negotiate and argue, expressing opinions
- Write e-mails, letters, and business documents.
- Take a principal role in the generation and leadership of a conversation.
- Conduct meetings, control and manipulate specific language according to the topic, with ease and fluency.
- Demonstrate oral comprehension during conferences.
- Discuss social and economic problems, both at a local and global context.
- Read world press articles
